Staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean, big and as shown on website. The free car parking is available only if we come back hotel early. Otherwise, we need to park underground with 11 EUR. It was ok but a bit inconvenient.

Breakfast was great. We are a family of 5 and find it difficult to find family rooms when travelling. The hotel exceeded our expectations. We only expected to get a twin room with a double and another sing in it. We got 3 double ensuite rooms all connecting!! Wow. More than what we expected and amazing for the price especially the fact that the children all ate free for breakfast. Very nicely catered for bigger families

Nice spot to stop for a night on our road trip. We had adjoining rooms to cater for our large family (3 kids). This worked out really well and everyone had plenty of space. There is also underground parking. Wonderful breakfast too.

We had a quick stay in Tours to see the Chateaus, and this hotel was very close to the train station and walking distance to where our tour was meeting. A nice good sized room, big bed and quiet despite being so close to the train station, and quite a lot of restaurants nearby, not just fast food eateries. We walked into town and around looking at the attractions, so well situated.

Location, only a 5-10 min walk from central train station and shopping area. Booked 2 rooms which turned out to be joining (which was a bonus), felt like having an apartment to ourselves.

Very friendly staff, sofa bed was made available before we arrived. Excellent room service and very good breakfast, was very impressed that the children are even free for breakfast

We had a huge amount of space- we booked two interconnecting rooms for 5 people but ended up with a suite of three rooms. Great breakfast too.

We had plenty of room (and bathrooms!) for us and the three children. The city center is just a short walk away.
